Do you have a scaling factor set other than 100 on your monitor? Sometimes apps don't know how to scale text with other scaling values. I'm on W10 Pro, so it might be a little different, but I check by going to Settings > System > Display, scroll down to Scale and Layout and the option says "Change the size of text, apps, and other items". I think 100% is usually the recommended. Under Advanced scaling settings in the same section (W10 Pro, again) you can try and enable the option "Let Windows try to fix apps so they're not blurry". You might have to look a little for these options in W11, but my guess is they're there somewhere.
