Need SOMETHING that's a 32-bit VST with CC-7 (or MIDI-Learn)

Dear Jack or Anyone.

Can I use Midi-Mixer as a 32-bit VST plugin to automate CC7 volume control? I've got a bunch of lovely virtual synths. that just will NOT obey CC7 no way no how so they're stuck on max. volume all the time! Sorry I'm still 32-bit., older DAW.

Can I use MIDI-Mixer like that?

Midi mixer is not a VST plugin. I don't know of any plugins that would help you with that either unfortunately.
