Had the same issue. Nothing helped: reinstalling Midi Mixer, reinstalling all drivers, etc.
I started experiencing this issue after installing VirtualDJ. So I tried uninstalling VirtualDJ, but as espected, this didn’t help either.
The last thing I tried was a factory reset of the NanoKontrol2 and luckily, this worked!
A factory reset is done by disconnecting the NanoKontrol2 from USB and reconnecting it while pressing the Cycle button and both Track buttons simultaneously. The reset is complete when the 5 media buttons below briefly light up.
It seems like VirtualDJ is configuring the MIDI controller in some way, and this configuration appears to persist on the nanoKotnrol2.
Weird thing. Hope this helps.
